80/20 REI got the data wrong, and they desperately need assistance with their own figures. They also require sales training. When I tried to sign up with them, they informed me that I needed to have a minimum of 20 deals per month. This question is completely misguided for a data company. Instead, they should be asking about the size of your deals, not just the quantity. I personally know wholesalers who are closing over 25 deals per month at $5k each, adding up to $125k. This month alone, we're closing three deals worth $149,564, not even counting the retail referral fees. Now, here's the question for you: would you rather achieve $149k with just three team members or settle for $125k with a large number of employees? Sometimes, less is more - remember the 80/20 principle!
