Choosing an ERP Software is a challenging task, and a costly one too. Choosing the wrong software is a very costly mistake. But Jason and his team made it an easy one. We saved a lot of managerial time and money on this process due to his expertise on the area, his capacity to listen and ask the right questions, meet with my team and prepare a matrix summarizing all our needs, and presenting us with a final choice of 3 software to evaluate, and them setting up the appointments for the demos and help us with the final decision. Jason also present us with grants and funding available to us! There was follow thru and follow up every step of the way, as well as great communication. We are very happy with the decision we made on our software and we are very grateful to Jason and the Triple Helix team for their help! A few years back we asked Triple Helix to take what was a dry-erase board, that we used for production scheduling and create an interactive Scheduling Dashboard to be displayed in our Manufacturing Area. With constant communication and in-house visits, Jason's team at Triple Helix went over and beyond what we could have ever imagined in the most professional manner. What Triple Helix was able to achieve has not only brought and interactive experience to our Production Team but, has made access to the Production Schedule by everyone in the company easier and more precise. Now, everyone from Planning, Sales and our QA Lab can easily see what's being produced on any given day of the week Monday through Saturday, as well as read comments left in the Comments Field if specific instructions are needed. Triple Helix was also able to create a "Real Time" batch monitoring system that runs on the same Dashboard which will show the current status of any batch in process on the Production floor and alert us if a Batch Temperature gets above the set-point, helping us protect the integrity of our Batches. Lastly, Triple Helix has developed an equipment "Up-time" monitoring system to track our Finishing equipment's actual runtime which we use to help plan our production runs more efficiently and use the equipment's' capacity more effectively.

The Triple Helix folks have been a great help to us over the years. While we are not a big company nor one of their major client's, we still are treated as if we are the most important client they have. The are always super responsive and answer our often stupid questions with a great deal of patience and consideration. They have been very proactive in making suggestions as to how to make our systems work better for us. This is not a company that will sign you up and then forget about you. We couldn't be happier with their service.
