TB tests are fast and easy. Pharmacy is great - sometimes takes a little follow up if I've sent a refill request through the app, but they're good about responding and answering questions. Everyone I've interacted with is generally friendly and helpful.

Both nurse Ana and Dr. Willmore were very kind and welcoming. It was my first time using their services and for someone coming from a foreign country, they were very accommodating. Dr. Willmore was thorough and explained how things work in the US with health insurance and the help available. They are just wonderful!

The clinician I saw was incredibly dismissive and condescending. She did not ask a single question about my health history and would not allow me to interrupt her to explain anything or correct her impetuous conclusions about me. Her recommendation was to drink more water. She also indicated that she would not be reaching out to my past clinics to get my medical records (this is as easy as faxing a signed request). I left the SHC feeling angry rather than helped. It was a disappointing experience, to say the least.

The location is convenient for students and there's always very open availability for appointments. I've had a few pleasant interactions here with doctors and nurses but for the most part I've experienced nightmares.
One of the first times I came here I just needed a refill of a medication I regularly take, but the doctor kept insisting that my condition wasn't perfectly managed and that I'd have to change medications, which would have been terrible. Went to another clinic and had it perfectly taken care of as usual.
Another time I came here only because I needed to be seen quickly. What should have been a 20 minute appointment turned into an hour only to find out I needed to come back the next day. I spent another hour there the next day with nobody being able to track down the right information or take care of me. It all ended with a doctor spewing paranoid opinions as if she were the foremost expert in the subject, which left me convinced to no longer seek health care for this issue.

Everyone was super nice all throughout the process! I went around 5:00 and I didn’t have to wait at all. The nurses were so kind and Dr. Mitchell was amazing! They have a pharmacy right there too which makes life easier. I was a little nervous going in but it really is a great establishment!

Wonderful staff, they made me feel welcome and safe, which is important considering I’m far from home and not accustomed to receiving medical help on my own! Dr. Frampton helped me to understand what certain test results mean, calmed my nerves, and Hannah made me feel so loved!

Drove a long way to see the best Doctor. Very easy scheduling and friendly staff. I really felt comfortable and safe and the staff of medical professionals were professional and caring during my X-rays blood draws and exam for my physical. Thank you Dr Keith Wilmore MD.
