There are so many good things to say about Mike, Susan and the team at ABAPC I don't even know where to begin. I was 19 years old, and had a dream of making my small business my main career. Mike has given me guidance, support, and kindness since the very first day I met him. Now 7 years later, I am a full time business owner and Mike still checks in to make sure I understand where business is, taxes, etc. I look forward to visiting the office and always seeing smiling faces and helpful hands. I recommend ABAPC to all of my fellow small business owners who need someone in their corner that will guide them in the right direction. Crazy to say but I look forward to getting my taxes done every year, because I am so well prepared because of ABAPC! 10/10, there is no better then them! I had an unprofessional experience with Barbara. I was given advice that involved deception, which I found unethical, and was spoken to in a way that felt inappropriate for a professional setting. When I addressed my concerns to Susan, the President, I did not feel heard. I would not recommend ABAPC for those seeking ethical and respectful financial guidance.

A friend recommended Mike when my employer froze our pension benefits. As a long time employee, I had no idea what to do. An hour phone call with Mike put me at ease and has led to a 3 year (so far) happy financial experience. They've been filing my taxes and providing advice on several other life financial issues. I was referred to this office from a fellow colleague for a client of mine and what an incredible help they were! I spoke with Susan, she took the time to explain what my client could do, should do and what was the best approach to remedy their situation. She didn't tell me to have the client call in, she didn't rush me off the phone, as a matter of fact she was upfront that using their service at this time probably wouldn't be the best option for my client, yet she still talked me through a few different scenarios on how to best help. In the end, we didn't need their service at this time, but if we ever do, I'd call them immediately!

A friend mentioned Mike and his team at ABAPC to me a few years ago and I started asking for his assistance in calculating quarterly tax payments. Our experience with Mike and Susan was terrific. They both took their time to help us with taxes for our new business and gave us lots of information. Mike noticed a problem I had with my w2 that our old accountant never noticed. Susan was amazing to talk to while I was in the process of gathering all the information they needed. She would respond to all of my emails in a timely matter.
I was shocked to see how much they helped us with our taxes; we went in a scared and left the office relief. We have already made another appointment to work with them for other financial services.

Very straightforward experience with our first time using ABAPC—can’t believe we were trying to file on our own with just online services! Mike and Susan were lovely to work with and super qualified, and we felt confident in their expertise. They spent quality time to understand the intricacies of our situation, explained their process with no surprises, took time to calculate various filing statuses for us, had flexible time slots to meet in the evening, and had competitive prices.
