Fue una experiencia muy mala, hay una doctora americana de ojos azules que tiene un asqueroso y pésimo comportamiento, es irrespetuosa con los clientes y mal hablada hace gestos orrible con las respuestas es muy racista solo habla inglés 😡 jamás recomendaría a alguien aquí y yo no regresaría jamás ❌️ deberían despedirla

After being referred by my PCP I came to look at the reviews. Thankfully I did! Turns out the current two star rating is pretty accurate. After two separate phone calls to inquire about scheduling an appointment I realized this office lacked professionalism. Like other reviews have stated, I was a victim of lost paperwork. I tried calling the office back at about 430 pm and they wouldn’t answer my call. My phone call was intentionally ignored one time and the second attempt was met with a pick up of the phone and a hang up. I had my referral transferred to the Fresno area instead. Thankfully I read the reviews. Stay away from this office. Your best interests are not their concern. Hopefully who ever runs that office will see this review along with the other reviews

The staff isn't very good at their job. Takes forever to schedule appointments and get back to you. One of the ladies is always rude. I recently made and appointment to find out results from a CT scan and then tried to cancel hours before due to another health issue and was told I didn't have an appointment. They take forever to get back to you and never mail information they are supposed to. I've had to make special trips into the office to pic up surgery instructions because they failed to send them. I've only met the doctor during the colonoscopy. Otherwise I see the assistant. Last time I was there I was taken into the exam room very quickly and then forgotten about for an hour and 15 minutes. Finally a staff member popped in and said you're still here?c. I then had to wait 20 more minutes to for the assistant to come in only to have the wrong file and start reading someone else's information. Also was referred to him because my previous doctor was too far on the other side of Fresno and I wanted someone in Visalia. Well come to find out he does most everything from Hanford even though his office is in Visalia. So far my experience hasn't been very good and I don't see it getting better until they replace the rude lady behind the counter.

I had an appointment 1/17 at 4:00. I was referred to a GI. Doctor from the Emergency room. My sister recommended him. The morning of my appointment I read all these reviews and was horrified!! I was going to cancel the appointment but decided to go. I went to the Hanford location. I received a nice greeting from the young lady. I was taken care of and check in promptly. It was busy! Several people coming and going but that was good to see. Not one person seemed to wait very long including myself. My colonoscopy appointment was set. I had a good laugh with the ladies outside the rooms. They were extremely busy but still had a great sense of humor!!! This was my first time here and it was fine. Thank you to everyone in the office for great customer service and getting me in and out quickly!!

When you are an important Medical Center and your phones don’t work for over a week, I think a 1 star review is in order. I would give -5 if it was an option. Maybe I will finally be able to talk to a human being and they will have a legitimate reason for the inability to communicate with them? …And I will consider adjusting my review.

I needed to schedule a routine colonoscopy. That required a referral to a gastroenterologist, which then required an office visit prior to the procedure (Visalia office). It took months to get an appointment, but office staff was friendly & competent once the day arrived. Instead of seeing Dr Au, I saw Lydia Gao the PA. I'm certain she was very knowledgeable, but I had an extremely hard time understanding her. She didn't review my medical history questionnaire with me, only asking if I'd had a colonoscopy before (I had a normal one several years prior). To be honest, I didn't ask questions, as I wouldn't have understood her answers. I decided I was not comfortable having a colonoscopy performed when I hadn't even met Dr Au.

Never meet the Dr. It was an PA who was vever nice & set everything up to have both procedures at the same time. Seven days before my procedures I get a phone call He doesn't feel comfortable doing both the colon.& the endos. at the same time. What Then I don't feel comfortable with him as my doctor!! My last doctor (who retired now) didn't have a problem & things went fine. Trying to make more money sounds like to me

He said I had a curvy and Windee colon and he had to shoot air into the colon which I know is protocol but he shot it so fast it was incredibly painful. I don’t know if he can control the speed of the air coming out of the scope but if he can’t he needs to purchase one where he can because I will never go back or recommend him. He is a nice man but I don’t think he’s very empathetic about how painful that really is.
