I would give them 0 starts, but looks like I have to give at least one. I started with them in April. Ryan Foster was the rep I had the displeasure to begin working with. He promised me 11,000+ leads and would receive them in 5-6 business days. The original list that I was given of so called leads- were awful, most of them bounced! And part of their guarantee is 96% accuracy, which is laughable. I finally got about 5500 leads, 1 month after I was promised. Which again, are not all that great, many continue to bounce, but just don't have the time any longer to continue going back and forth with them about the bounces. Now its been 2 months and I am still awaiting another 5000+ leads. I am no longer dealing with Ryan, now Jake (never a last name with him) has been giving me the run around since he took over. I have kindly asked for a refund multiply times, but to no luck. I will point out I asked for a refund when the first batch of so called leads were sent over and they refused. The list was awful, they offered to re-due it but by that time we passed our original deadline. They did re-due with that 5500 but again, the list is awful as I pointed out above. If you have a choice, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and say they are working with their team to make it happen, they talk a good game but will never delivery on time or delivery anything that is any good.
