women on 3rd floor are HORRIBLE , we tried to speak to them about an house sale tax auction happening and they had so much attitude like if you dont want to work there DONT , we got there around 3pm asked for individual auction papers but gave us business , so when we got them notarized and paid $25 for the WRONG papers we went to ask if they were fine even if they were business and some big lady litterally SCEREAMED saying that theyre closed and she was tired because shes been up since 6am , like okay? , this is YOUR JOB NOT MINE , and when leaving into the elevator she sees us going into the elevator she decided to go to the other while whispering something under her breath , like if you got something to say , horrible never going back there because of the big fat lady gotta get a job else where if thats the case

Horrible system for sending in payment with a broken website for searching records. I send in a payment in full, on time, only to get checks returned with no contact info because they don't accept checks after December 15th, which is not documented clearly.
