I bought a brand new GE Washer and Dryer from Canadian Appliance Supply (CAS). They dropped off a washing machine that didn't work and just told me to call the customer service line. It's now been almost 2 weeks and I regret to report after many back and forth frustrating emails and phone calls to CAS, GE and their third party repair company NEAS I still have not had anyone come out to fix my defective BRAND NEW Never been used Washing machine. I can assure you they genuinely don't care about their customers, their defective product and poorly managed company reflects in their stock price, BUYER BEWARE. I will never buy another GE product as long as I live and suggest you don't either.

We purchases a GE washer and dryer in December 2019. The performance of the washer is very poor and I have not been happy with it from the beginning. However, it at least continues to works. The dryer abruptly stopped turning on about 2 months ago and we have yet to receive the parts to repair it. So much for investing in new products to ensure reliability.

DO NOT PURCHASE GE PRODCTS if you want functioning, reliable appliances!!

Very frustrating dealing with GE, my washer broke and its only been 2.5 years old. So first of all a bad product in general then I had to chase a guy to come in to do an estimate which took me 02 weeks now its been another 4 days and I haven't got an estimate from him. So my washer is broke and its been 3 weeks and I still haven't got an estimate I don't know how much time it will take to fix the washer actually may be another month.
It has been a very frustrating experience of dealing with GE as a brand in general, I will definitely avoid buying any GE product in future.

I bought a GE Profile which was delivered on December the 18th 2020. It arrived with scratches and a large dent in the door. Upon using it I discovered that there was something frighteningly wrong with the convection setting. I called but could not get a tech to the house until January the 6 of 2021. The service tech came and it needs five parts which he told me would take 4 or 5 weeks to receive. I called the store I purchased it at to complain. At this point I just want to return the stove and purchase something that works but there is a no return policy and I now I have a $2700 piece of junk that won't work right for at least a month. Please do not buy any GE Products their customer service IS GARBAGE!!!!!

We bought a new home just over a year and replaced all the appliances with GE products. After about a month our refrigerator door wouldn't close and noticed it was dropping. We called service, the company name is "Mabe" they came out in about a week and apparently fixed it. However a month later we were calling them again, this went on month after month for a year until at which point we were told "sorry it is no longer under warranty". I find it UNBELIEVABLE that they can get away with these practices. Needless to we will never buy, not only a GE appliance, but product ever again.

Received slate dishwasher Nov./16, since then we have in the first year E8 with leakage all over our floor. Cupboards had to be repaired at my cost. Now Feb./19 and we again had leakage with ruined cupboards with an E1 code. Contacted GE and told they would contact repair company at our cost as the year warranty was up. Asked why this product continually has problem and leaks, all the answer I got was talk to repair guy. Ask employee if they thought this was a good product and did not answer until I requested same question 2 times more. Would I buy their product again, I really would have to think about that. To talk to Manager told 24 to 48 hours before they call you back. Done this before and no one ever calls hoping you will forget.
