Highly recommend GE Home Services for your AC needs! Greg, Julie and team have amazing customer service. Everyone needs a good doctor, car mechanic company and AC company! Especially an honest car mechanic and AC company because you won’t know what you really need and may over pay or pay for something very expensive that is completely unnecessary. All the big box AC companies will offer you a free tune up and then turn around and try to sell you on things they may or may not need to be repaired. Just like a car, you don’t know what you really need. If the big box company doesn’t sell you on repairs, they will sell you on replacing the entire system - which may not be necessary. GE does charge for the annual tune up but it is a reasonable price and they are honest about what needs or does not need to be repaired - so it is worth every dollar. I have several rental homes and use GE exclusively for all of them when it comes to the AC in each home - as it is important to me that my tenants have cool air - especially here in AZ! Lastly, my primary home needed a new system and I was so confused on all the different options. GE and Greg were extremely patient to walk through everything with me several times. They also have a great financing plan that is 0% interest! Five stars all around.

I had GE Home Services install 4 new AC/Furnace units in my home 3 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with each unit ever since. This company does a poor job servicing the units they have installed. Do not use this company. They are incompetent and a rip off.
