Overall I'm a satisfied customer of Getida. I'm still figuring out how this work - the platform is not as straight forward as it could be in term of what is being done to help get me $ from Amazon. I see a large number (over $6K) in "potential recovery" but there's no explanation of what's behind this number, and I'm not seeing any cases that could recover nearly that much.

Getitda is the best! The set up process was seamless and very little work was required of me to obtain the recovery payment for lost items from Amazon.
