I’ve had chronic sinus issues for the last 6 months with rounds of antibiotics and steroids , I have had 2 doctors recommend to get my turbinate reduced as soon as he had seen on the paperwork about vaping he lectured me for about 20 minutes stating there’s nothing he can do for me and I would have to resolve this on my own I was told this information before even getting looked at
Doctor refused to look at any other possible underlying issue that was going on he insisted that’s the only thing possible

One of the greatest guys and fabulous doctor! My Favorite doctor I have had. I finally got rid of all these constant sinus issues thanks to him! He has great people skills and is a master in his field. Wonderful staff and no long wait-he runs on time.

I’ve had ringing in my ear for 4 months.

I’m Incredibly thankful that I found Dr. Moore! Originally, I had an appointment with an ENT in downtown. But after searching for other prices, I discovered the Dr. Moore was half the price!! Not to mention that once I encountered Dr. Moore, he was intentional to not overcharge me with other tests that weren’t necessary. He even gave me a print off at the end of what I needed to go by that would be half the price of a prescription.

In addition to this, he was knowledgeable, personable, prompt, the front desk was attentive, and the whole experience took about 15 minutes.

After rinsing my ears out with his equipment, I have a follow up next week that he suggested I cancel if my ear feels better from today’s procedure and from the drops he told me to use.

I called Dr. Moore's office April 8, 2024, due to my left ear sometimes feelling plugged. The receptionist had a nice voice and said I could come in April 16, in 3 days plus the weekend, a big positive. This is located where shown in an attached image. It is best to park on the east, back-side of the east building.

I was brought in on time, met Dr. Moore, who looked in my left ear and found no wax, and then ordered an audio test. The audiologist was great and had me say "Ok" or "Yes" when I heard the beep rather than push a button which seems better.

I met Dr. Moore again and he explained my hearing chart. But he did not know what was causing my left ear's occassional stuffiness - hence only three stars.

He seemed to have a lot of customers. I was self-pay and so I also appreciated the reasonable cost.

Dr Moore is One of the true Great doctors especially ENTs still in practice. My previous ENT had retired a few years back so I tried others who were not good-never solved my issues and a lot of time to just saw the nurse or PA only.. (Chronic sinus nasal ear problems).
I finally just did a deeper Google search and kept on hunting. Thankfully I finally discovered Dr John Moore! He saw me personally and promptly at assigned appt time bc he believes its professional and respectful (no Nurse Practioner!) Rare! No waiting and after 30 years still listens and generously and kindly gave me his time and expertise without rushing. I received excellent care. What a great guy and a true pro. I highly recommend choosing him as your ENT. I have had different related surgeries through the years so believe me, I am speaking from experience. He’s the best.

Called for an appointment, and was seen the next day. Very friendly staff. No long wait in the waiting room to be seen. Once in the exam room, report was taken by the MA and Dr. Moore came in directly after. He knew the problem immediately upon exam. Received treatment, and everything is better the next day. Highly recommend!

Box 1-Independently owned and operated by the actually doctor(s) who put their patients first.✔️
Box 2-A practice where I see the actual doctor and not a PA. ✔️
Box 3-A doctor who will genuinely listen to my concerns and will explain how and why he came to a prognosis and form of treatment ✔️
Box 4-A doctor who has office and support staff that are pleasant and respectful of my time, questions and concerns✔️
Box 5-A doctor who doesn’t make me wait forever because he’s taken on WAY more patients than he has time for. ✔️
Box 6-A doctor who not only has the book knowledge but the wisdom from years of experience. ✔️
As I got in my car to drive home after the appointment I was almost in tears. I’m ever so grateful to have found Dr. Moore, his Audiologist, Tara and everyone who helps run his office!!
