After 20 years as a loyal and faithful customer- Tom decided that he was unable to complete my return 4 days before tax day. Largely because his cheap emails - went to my spam account. BUSINESS MUST BE SO GOOD FOR for Tom that his $1650 retainer was the reason for his delay.
