They called and left a message regarding my experiences in an Acute Rehab Unit. I called back and let them know that the ARU is exemplary, and I will let them know when they call me back. I am always pleased to talk about the exemplary experiences I have had. Whenever I have orthopedic surgery, I am thankful because I now know where I can go to get the care and support I need before I am discharged.

Previously I was in other units, much inferior units, so I have multiple experiences and know the difference between a top-notch unit and sub-par units where I did not receive essential support. I will never recommend or return to those other locations.

The Med Tel Outcome nurse who conducted my 3 month post rehab telephone assessment was professional, kind and empathetic. The nurse had left several messages on my voicemail earlier in the month trying to contact me. My rehab facility did mention that there would be a 3 month follow up phone call. The nurse asked about how well I was walking, my activities of daily living, how i was doing with physical therapy, and if I had any unplanned hospital readmissions. The conversion took about 5 minutes and was pleasant.

I don't need unsolicited calls from some company I know nothing about. I give direct feedback to any and all health care providers myself and not through a third party. The number has been blocked.

This company makes NUMEROUS unwarranted and non-requested calls re: my father! Rep lied & said she was from a local medical facility and wasn't. Being reported to Missouri Attorney General for fraudulent & harassing calls! DId not rate 1 star - was not able to remove it!
