READ IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!!! WE WENT FROM HIM TELLING US WE OWED MONEY, TO GOING WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND INSTEAD OWING NO MONEY, SO STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Short story: he told us we owned a lot of money - after the joke of trying to work with him/this company, we went with someone else and we didn't owe any money! I would NEVER wish my biggest enemy to work with him/this company!!!!! Just RUN!
Longer story: If I could give a negative star review I would! Our experience with this guy has been a COMPLETE disaster and the absolute WORST experience we've ever had with doing our taxes. He came HIGHLY recommended to us with raving reviews from trusted people. He promised us so much with confidence and excellence. We paid a premium for what we were expecting to be the best outcome. However, after the second call, working with him was nothing but a NIGHTMARE! He was FULL of excuses and stopped returning our calls and texts, kept 'apologizing' for not being in contact, etc. Without keeping us informed or updated, out of the blue, we were told directly by him that after he did 'his best' job, that we were going to owe the IRS. So we went to a different tax company and asked for a second review. Well, the second tax company looked over everything, and came back to tell us that instead of owing the IRS, we owed them nothing! Um - how is this even possible?!? All I can say is, we went with the second tax company - obviously! And I've waited to make this review till everything went through and processed, which is has, and we did in fact get what she said, and we didn't owe what Mike told us, (not even close)! So he not only took our money (that we paid a premium for), but he lied to us, didn't respond, (in fact still isn't responding). And was about to break us financially! So if that sounds like a guy you want to risk your money with - good luck. You've been warned - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

My taxes were a convoluted mess. Admittedly my own fault. I owed the IRS a bunch of money. Mike worked on it for quite a while and fixed everything. I had to pay the IRS about $900, but before he worked on it I owed about $15000.00. He knows his stuff and is a great guy. He sure did a great job for me at what I thought was a reasonable price.

After dealing with a problem with my 2022 return for close to a year, I was at my wits end with the IRS still trying to stick me with a bill when I was due a refund, and with their inability or unwillingness to explain how they were arriving at their numbers.

Got in touch with Mike Allbright at Tax Clean Up about 4:00 PM, went by their office to sign the POA at about 5:15, and just before 7:00 Mike called me to let me know it was taken care of. Made me wish I'd gotten in touch with them a year ago.

I was absolutely not expecting the issue to be handled that fast, and I was beyond impressed by the professionalism of everyone I dealt with at Tax Clean Up. 10/10, would absolutely recommend for any tax-related needs!

I had to find a new tax team and chose Tax Clean Up who I found thru Google. Mr. Michael did such a wonderful job of reviewing and processing my taxes this year it was seamless. I had a trouble in the past with other companies but I have a new home with Tax Clean Up and what sold me is they allow you to meet with them face to face and they answer any questions you might have which is awesome.
