Casi 1hora esperando para que nos atendieran, y al final nos atendieron en muy mala forma, un empleado llamado Anthony. Nos dio la impresión que por ser latinos nosotros pues el estaba muy molesto y sin intención de atendernos

WOW WOW WOW!! This is such a good location! Not only were the friendly they were fast and had an amazing attitude and a good atmosphere as well! The Manager Jenifer, David and Veronica were fantastic and helped me with any all questions along with my refunds! I will definitely be returning!

I like the storage unit itself. However the manager I think her name is Jennifer, was absolutely horrible. When you are one date late making the payment they put a lock on the unit, that’s understandable. So this happened to me, I paid it and about 11 days after I paid it we made a trip to our until around 8:30,9pm. Once we got there and we lived over an hour away, the lock was still ON there. They have 24-36 hours to remove it once you pay. So I called Jennifer because her number was listed if something was wrong. Well she was extremely rude saying you should’ve paid on time and I can’t do anything for you tonight and just had so care in the world. So we headed home couldn’t do anything about it and being upset wasn’t going to work. Well this happened to us about 5 more times, same thing. Yeah I know I should’ve learned my lesson about going after work but that’s the only time I got. So needless to say the other employees are great and welcoming and want to help, but Jennifer doesn’t deserve to have the title of a manager and better yet work with the public.

General Manager was awesome, she assisted me during pick up and so were the staffs that assisted me during my rental return. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere as moving is extremely stressful. Thank you.

I wanna give this a 5 star. The guys at the location were amazing! So great, funny, relaxing and very helpful. The only reason it doesn't have a 5 star is because of all the hell i went through with the movers they had on their page. I was ghosted by one company, the day of the move, and then the other never showed after saying they were gonna show. Had to find people on FB market who broke my things and only stay for 3/4 of the time ipaid for through uhaul. And then uhaul charged me even after the code wasn't given to anyone. So, great guys at the place not so good movers program.

One star because the staff at this location is friendly, but U-Haul in general is AWFUL. I returned the truck and was charged for what I thought I would be, got a receipt and thought everything was ok. If there was any additional cost they would have billed me then or at the very least let me know what it was. TWO WEEKS LATER I was charged an additional $41 and I called to see why and they had absolutely no idea why, had to call again when the Gm was there. 7-1 which are hours I work. I called the main customer service line and they said I was charged $18 for fuel. I took that truck less than 10 miles for the whole duration of the 12 hours I had it. They also charged me a ‘late fee’, which is insane because I was never told that I even had a balance to begin with, not via email-text-call- nothing. I disputed the charge with U-Haul and the next day I got a message that my CARD WAS DECLINED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Don’t put your main card on file, I would suggest, because they will take whatever they want whenever they want and not be able to give a single explanation as to WHY.

Excellent customer service and follow through. Rented a 6x12 enclosed "RV" trailer, as they call it, and the experience was excellent from pick up to drop off (and completed on same day). The UHaul employee meets you by the trailer and hooks it up for you at pick up and drop off. All you have to do is click on the text link which walks you through condition of trailer - very easy. The manager Jennifer was very polite and helpful, as this was for me an alternate location not originally chosen, she went above and beyond. Thank you.

Victoria and Brandon gave me the best service and assistance in my whole process of renting a trailer. They were extremely helpful and kind and made this a smooth and easy experience!
